Flat fee of $19.95 for all orders

Delivery is available to mainland New Zealand and there is no exclusion based on delivery location.

Unfortunately delivery to PO Boxes or International addresses is not available. Please contact our Customer Service Team on 0800 727 421 or orders@sampfordixl.co.nz for more information.

Allow 5-7 business days for delivery to metro areas and 7-10 business days for delivery to some regional areas from the date your order is confirmed.

Should there be any issues with stock availability, the Customer Service Team will contact you and advise of any delays. Delivery delays may occur around Christmas, Easter and public holidays.
